I made this scrapbook layout using “School is Cool” cutting file from http://papercraftingworld.com/.  Check out their website, they really have cute projects. 

Recipe:

School is Cool cutting file- Papercraftingworld.com

Misc. solid color cardstock, printed cardstock,

White pen, silver pen for pencil cap and I

used a pencil to color in the tip of the pencil,

liquid chalk for edges of cutting file.
